BT’s 21CN plan includes upgrading every single exchange in the UK to ADSL2+ over the next 18 months.

ADSL2+ offers speeds of up to 24Mb download and 1Mb upload. If you are on a standard Max (up to 8Mb) line now, your service will be upgraded automatically as part of a bulk process once the exchange is enabled. If your exchange has been enabled but you have not yet been upgraded, we can usually fast track your request and upgrade you ahead of the queue. This is usually subject to an admin fee but for July only we are offering this service FREE OF CHARGE. Contact us to discuss availability from your local exchange.
