Team Administrator (3 Month Contract)

Provide daily support to the Project and Provisions team, assisting the team in all aspects of service delivery and administration.

The main duties of the role will be administration support to the team leader and manager;
Updating provision tickets, maintaining databases, assisting with ceases, assisting other departments with queries, creating handover documents, providing email updates to suppliers and customers, taking phone calls and messages, checking accuracy of commercial information, billing information and customer orders. Locating and labelling up stock for delivery. Organising and filing company documents, general office up-keep, ordering office supplies. Any other duties required by the business.

Software Skills:
Microsoft Outlook - Basic
Microsoft Excel – Intermediate
Microsoft Word - Basic
Web Browsers - Intermediate

Experience of working in a busy office - Required
IT/Networking knowledge - Preferred
Telecoms Industry (ISP provisioning) - Preferred

GCSE C or above in Maths and English (I.T. preferred)

Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 9am – 5:30pm
